King Tarcorax has outlawed every kind of fun. He throws people into dungeons just for whistling. Rab is determined to deafeat him. With the help of a watch, a pirate, and a pig, he sets about escaping from his dungeon and teaching the sorcerer a lesson. But the the witch's spells start to go very wrong indeed.
