Description
Suzanne Carlson learns of the perils of life at an early age when her parents are killed tragically. She finds comfort in a new town, a new school and a new friend, Madeline. The two girls share a bond closer than either has ever experienced. After graduation Madeline moves to Ohio and the two drift apart. Left to fend for herself, Suzanne seeks solace in a new boyfriend and the world of drugs. She is rescued by Madeline and establishes a new life, but after several years in Columbus the women's friendship is plagued with resentment and mistrust. It is not until a new job proves to be too dangerous that Suzanne and Madeline learn the precious value of their friendship. As the drama unfolds both are put to the ultimate test, having to face their demons and live to talk about it.
