Description
In the 1960's, if you had what we refer to today as autism, you were hidden away or institutionalized. Dr. Prescott, a psychiatrist ahead of his time, transforms his home into a progressively therapeutic setting and studies the papers of Leo Kanner and Hans Asperger. He applies Kanner's and Asperger's theories to his patients, and to his own son, Jacob. But when he oversteps the doctor patient relationship and begins to desire Julia, he decides he must make her stay, no matter what it takes.
