Lt. Franklin ‘Frank' Dressnor has one goal, which is to put Peter Marterano -- the head of the Philadelphia mob -- behind bars. But then the model, who Frank fell in love with several years before when he was in Europe, comes back into his life. And Frank finds himself faced with a decision -- to stay focused on Marterano, or to enjoy his rekindled love affair. But Marterano doesn't have such conflicts.
