Theo's father receives a job promotion, and the family has to move to another town. Theo is sad to leave his friends behind. Things at the new school soon fall into place, but in his pursuit to uncover the mystery of the next-door neighbor and the search for frog killers, Theo finds friendship. What Theo discovers is that what people say about others or themselves is not always the best way to judge someone.
