Egret's Cove — Douglas Quinn

Webb travels to Ocracoke Village on the Outer Banks of North Carolina to go on a fishing trip with his friend, Blythe Parsons. However, when he arrives, her boat is gone and she is nowhere to be found. And, to make matters worse, Hurricane Angela has turned north and is heading up the Atlantic coast towards Ocracoke Island.
