U.S. officials suspect a conference in the Netherlands is a target for a terrorist attack. The area needs a preemptive strike and Mack Bolan is the man for the job.

The key players are all in place: a defecting Czech physicist, a king marked for assassination, a neo-Nazi fighting cadre on the loose and a group of die-hard Communists trying to stem the tide of glasnost.
