Hero Reborn — Dee J. Stone

Fourteen-year-old superhero Stretch is back from the dead. All he wants is to ease back into his old life and live as peacefully as possible. But that's not easy when the Keepers of Justice's home is attacked. Many of his League members are captured. Others flee. He and his friends, Kale and X, escape and search for the others. But they can't find anyone.

Alone and confused, the guys seek answers: who was behind the attack? What do they want? And to make matters worse, a virus is released that threatens the lives of all the humans around the world. When they learn Stretch is the key to saving the fate of the humans, it's up to him to muster his courage to be the hero he's meant to be.
