Top Secret — David Pereda

Miami plastic surgeon Raymond Peters, is grieving the loss of his wife when his childhood friend Pepe Orozco reappears after thirty years with a shocking secret.

Raymond learns of a terminally ill son in Cuba who wants to meet his father. Raymond travels to Cuba and becomes part of a diabolical plot to allow an ailing Castro, to retire peacefully in Mexico and the CIA to run the country. Raymond must perform plastic surgery on Fidel Castro and Pepe, to switch their respective identities. Now Raymond must perform the double-surgery and escape Cuba before he loses his life.
