Billy Blaster's ninja friend Wu Hoo is always on the lookout for secret wisdom. One day, Wu Hoo finds a parchment with a message written in a strange code. Before Wu Hoo can figure out what the message says, he's kidnapped! Can Billy Blaster rescue Wu Hoo before his kidnappers get their greedy hands on the parchment?
