Mick and his sister Marianne take up residence in a derelict squat in Hackney, east London, where they befriend a group of deranged anarchists led by Stag, an explosives "expert" hell-bent on bringing about a socialist revolution. After an encounter with Thai, a feminist art student and cleaner of financial institutions, Mick finds himself being forced into the adult world of love and money, and as the revolution begins to spiral out of control, he is thrust towards an uncertain future... whilst running from a dark past
