The first victim, Penny Winter, a divorced mother of two, dies as a result of food poisoning. Someone sent her tainted pate -- with intent to kill. The second victim, Anneke Vroom, was a young Dutch national found crammed in an antique mahogany chest. She was shot full of heroin -- and pregnant.
