A Pretty Okay Place — Charles Locks

Even on a cloudy day, the local color is kaleidoscopic in Flamingo Bay, home to pirates, fairy dust, and little boys who never grow up. No boy on the Virgin Island of St. Judas has resisted growing up for more decades than Captain Brian.
