Jake Wiley is a veteran detective in a mid-size city. A new killer stalks the town. Or is he new? Jake suspects he may be a returning killer from a year previous. It becomes Jake's task to find and stop this killer. He fights against a new partner, post-traumatic stress, a supervisor who hates him, and things he finds out about himself that he didn't want to know.
