Description
Laurel Kane may not be the most famous photographer around but she is good enough to have her pick of assignments. Her most recent one...a look book chronicling all things skydiving. She has the perfect subjects at her disposal too, her cousin Jason and his skydiving crew.
Jason arranges for her to join him and the crew at the Chute Shack, the local skydiving business, and on her first day there, Laurel is shocked to discover her high school crush is one of the owners. Quentin Ferris was the cause of Laurel's most heartbreaking experience in high school and the reason she ventured out from behind the lens of her camera. While she may be able to look back at the incident with an appreciative eye now, she certainly didn't think it ten years ago.
Quinn knows the woman snapping all of the pictures looks familiar but he can't place his finger on how he knows her. It isn't until he gets a late night phone call and refers to her as Camera Girl that the pieces fall into place. She's the sweet, shy girl whose life he managed to make a living hell. He'd always regretted what happened but boys in high school aren't known for apologizing for arrogant behavior.
Now that their paths have crossed again, Quin is ready to make up for his past mistakes and hopes she'll forgive what a jerk he was and fall for the guy he is.
