Description
A CITY AT WAR
In 1777 Philadelphia was the cultural center of an emerging nation. It was there that the course of history would be determined. The British took possession of the city without firing a single shot; but they quickly discovered that holding it would cost them more than they were willing to pay. It was a time of bloody retribution, men and women caught in the crossfire of love, loyalty, and ambition. Many survived the warfare--but could they survive their dreams?
