An arsonist is on the rampage, an abandoned nightclub is torched and the forensics suggest it's the same M.O. as that of a school fire some years before. Someone is killing the residents of local nursing homes and the 'flasher' has finally made a mistake. McGuire and his team move in to investigate - but all is not what it seems and McGuire discovers something that will shock him to his core.
