Lilac Sky is a children's adventure book that takes three eight-year-old girls into a strange but friendly world. The children meet some odd fictional creatures who help the girls find a way back to their own world. Lilac Sky is a book of enchantment and should take a young reader into a fantasy land where his or her own imagination can escape and grow with the story. It should make easy reading for children seven to eleven years old but would also make good parent reading material for the younger child.
