Every day, when the sun rose, the inspired guajiros set to work their lands, and in the evening, when the great golden face left, saying goodbye very satisfied of the day, the lovers threw their love songs into the air. They called her Beba, very affectionately; those who came to love the pretty little guajirita. Believe it or not, in the month of the mothers; and of the flowers; under a guásima in a banana field, the girl with very clear complexion; pink cheeks and almost white hair was born.
