Description
Dear Mary
Although I arrived here at Helsbury House only a week ago, I miss you terribly, my love. I wish we could be married immediately, but it is impossible. Being an earl in this huge old barn of a place is more difficult than I thought it would be.
There is one more thing I must tell you--now, promise you won't laugh. I think this house is haunted. Will it bother you to live in a haunted house, Mary? I will protect you from the ghost, I promise. I will hold you in my arms and never leave your side. Especially at night when ghosts are known to roam.
Yours,
Jason
