Lens — Andrew Fitzgerald

Lens suddenly finds his life morphed into something beyond his wildest dreams, when one night everything changes. Mysterious occurrences happen all over the house, things that could have only happened through magic. Lens then realizes that he has magical abilities, and begins a journey towards developing them. But soon he is attacked by an evil wizard, and then brought into a group of good guys to take the evil wizard down.
