In this tense sequel to Binding Power, Bartholomew Parker is struggling to master the power of the elements. In a fit of frustration, he leaves his body and travels through dream-state, only to return and find it missing! To make matters worse, the director of the Universal Bureau of Investigation has decided to end the threat posed by the Druids by means of a spy within their ranks.
