First in a new series for beginning readers about a truly awful goose named Gordon. There are plenty of mean geese in the world. You’ve probably met one. They hiss and honk and chase you down for a measly scrap of bread. But Gordon is the meanest of them all. Gordon is the meanest goose on earth. He stomps on sandcastles, punches sharks, and shouts at babies—he’s the worst, and he loves it. Until one day, when Gordon has been particularly mean, Anthony the piglet hands him a flower. And with this one act of kindness, Gordon’s world begins to crumble.
