Haley Loring is famous. Everywhere she goes people clamor around, screaming for an autograph from "Samantha Love," the cute smart-mouth she plays on the popular TV sit-com. But at the age of eleven, Haley's "cute" days are over and she's been written out of the show. Now, instead of learning with a private tutor on the set, Haley's going to school -- and she's scared to death the other kids won't like her. It doesn't take Haley long to find out that everyone loves Samantha. But if she stops playing Samantha to her new friends, will they accept her as Haley?
