Tangle is a man with a dream.  He does not want to work to make his dreams come true and he has unreasonable expectations about how his life should turn out.  He goes to work and has an accident which leaves him at the mercy of the elements.  He is rescued by a mermaid, his dreams come true, but does he learn a lesson?
