The Roller Coaster in Mr. Novak's Woods — Adam Mills

Growing up in the Ozark Highlands of Arkansas hasn't always been easy for identical twin brothers, Oliver and Benjamin Redstorm, yet as much as possible, they've managed to make the most of their modest lives. The day before their twelfth birthday, the brothers venture into the woods behind the house of their elderly friend, Mr. Novak, to have one last climb in their favorite tree. But their time in the tree is cut short by the arrival of a mysterious roller coaster in the woods. The twins hop aboard the roller coaster, which leads them to the home of the Harvestman, a peculiar and very wise creature. From there, the boys enter into a series of events, some purely magnificent and others frightening and dangerous.
