Spring of 2007 the roster that defined the small press survived a backlash of Lulu.com pulling the plug on the publisher, Nickolaus Pacione, The Edition was brought over for those who wanted to get copies on an international level with the same trade paperback edition hopefully the redesigned 2015 cover, the table of contents and era introduction remain preserved for history.
