The Commission's Global Deceptive Subterfuge — Kenneth Golden

This Volume (2) is about a subversive evil based group who has arisen from the baby boomer generation. Their current plans are to obtain the worlds gold, silver, and fossil fuels. They have recently abducted a group of scientific inventors who have developed a new source of energy based on magnets. Huge towers are located every 50 miles globally; Energy users simply place a one inch patch on any device that traditionally used electricity. The invisible power waves go out through the air, being totally safe to humans and pets. Every device that has a patch will run, including automobiles. All telephones poles and wires are taken down, because there is no further use for them.

The Commission has also set up and divided the world into 10 divisions and plan on implementing a cashless society, once they secure all of the gold, silver, and fossil fuels.

A New Investigative Unit called The Clandestine Investigator is following this shadowy organization, and plan to expose them for what they are. The 10 Global Regions are run by individuals who are called simply called Commissioner 1, 2, 3, etc. depending on the region that they run. No personal names are used. There security force has access to new weapons developed by their collection of scientific inventors. The weapons don't fire bullets, but fire a high pulsating energy beam that will induce cardiac arrest or heart attacks instantly.
