Jake Again — Nick Butterworth

Jake the dog and his owners are horrified to discover their local park is to be built on, unless enough money can be found to save it. They start raising funds, but when a developer double-crosses them, Jake saves the day by finding an ancient charter which grants the park to the people forever.
