Young and beautiful Sylvia was haunted by distant sounds of -- voodoo drums deep within the plantation country of Virginia. But she had a handsome, new husband--a poet--who -- was kind, attentive and protective. She feared no evil with his comforting arm around her.
Then her husband seemed to change right before her eyes. He -- became morose, withdrawn, openly hostile. And as the tempo of the drums increased, her terror mounted. For she was now living in a world of strangers, and someone was trying to kill her--someone who was coming ever closer...
