Description
Daphne Reynolds has it all: great friends, a cool mom, and an amazing life in funky downtown NYC. There's just one thing missing--her father. Daphne's parents split before she was born, and she's never even met her dad, who lives in England. So the summer she turns seventeen, Daphne packs a bag, leaves a note for her mom, and grabs the next flight to London.
At first, everything goes great. Daphne loves London, and her dad seems like a really nice guy. But there's a downside, too. Daphne's dad is a British lord running for Parliament, and as far as his campaign's concerned, his long-lost daughter is nothing but a "vulgar Yankee." Can free-spirited Daphne survive the stuffy world of lords and ladies--and get to know her dad in the process?
