A Fsyth ship had been captured, scanned and released- the crew minus their memories the ship minus everything it recorded in the interim- and now duplicated here. If anything it looked like a spiny space-crustacean but what I couldn’t understand was how it worked. “I don’t see any means of propulsion.” I said. There had been no anti-gravity propulsion outside Kievor or Alartaw control the last time I had been a human for any length of time, at least not that I had been aware of.
