Thousands of miles away from home, in the ruins of an ancient civilization, she found something much more precious than gold.

Past and Present…

If the hardships of traveling as a secretary with an archeological expedition in Peru were greater than Marcia had expected then to be back home, so were the rewards. The excitement of helping to rediscover the gods and graves and relics of an ancient and mysterious civilization were enough for Marcia…she didn't need the attentions of the two eligible young men connected with the expedition, Walter Hendricks and Drew Lake. Then on a rest stop in small fishing village, she meets Bryan Tracey…and realizes that here is a man whose attentions she does want…the only man. But as suddenly as he came into her life, Bryan Tracey goes…for all Marcia knows, never to return again.

MAN OF ACTION...
The hacienda gate swung back and Dr. Rakestraw drove through. Instead of following, Bryan Tracey got out of his car and opened the door for Marica.
"Sorry. I have to leave you here."
Startled, Marica got out. Before she realized what was happening, Tracey had a hand on her shoulder and was kissing her.
"Just so you'll remember me. I'll be seeing you again."
Speechless with surprise, Marcia watched him drive off. She didn't know whether to be offended or amused.
She did know she wanted very much to see Bryan Tracey again...
