Tyson and Gabrielle Alexander are expecting a baby soon and, along with their family and friends, they are beyond excited to welcome the newest Alexander to the family. But when Lalita finally drops the bombshell to Padma that she suspects Dilvan drugged Gabrielle, the excitement of welcoming a new baby has all dwindled down into fear â€" fear that the baby Gabrielle is carrying is not Tyson's since there is a chance Dilvan could be the father.
