With her children the only bright spot in a loveless life, Angie feels finding happiness has passed her by. Her past mistakes and poor choices have made her wary of change. The fear of past mistakes, fear of being alone and fear of risking their friendship prevent Jack and Angie from taking the chance that there is something more.Fate intervenes leaving Angie open to pursuing Jack.
