The Last Pirate — Marti Phillips

Historical, set in New Orleans, the Old South & on the Gulf of Mexico; Pirates including Jean Lafitte & Dominique You, historical events surrounding the Battle of New Orleans, General Jackson & other famous figures are backdrop for the story of a pirate captain & a high society woman caught in the chaos of war. The pair must overcome a vengeful conspiracy against the pirates & the heroine's proper family marrying her off to a wealthy, dangerous man who is not what he seems.
