It's fall. Time for a trip to Florida. Lt. Frederick Koy finds himself in Miami, investigating the disappearance of several martial artists from a local tournament. In the Sands household, everyone is helping Charlie and Rosa move to Tampa. Having gotten extra funding, CSIU is expanding. It's a good thing. They're going to need to rescue everyone from a madman who has taken our heroes to Cuba to be reconditioned.
