Moody Gets the Blues
IN THE MOOD FOR MURDER...

1978 gets funky fast for Scott Moody--a Vietnam vet just released from the nut house. After hallucinating a conversation with Humphrey Bogart, Moody is inspired to try his hand at private investigating. Working Spokane's sleaziest sector as a part-time cabby while downing doses of Thorazine, Moody takes on a missing person's case that soon turns to murder.

To complicate matters, the wife of the man who died also happens to be Moody's former lover, and he's soon fingered as a suspect. Now Moody has to find a way to beat the rap and uncover the real killer--while grappling to solve the ongoing mystery of his own psyche.
