Gunrunning, a wonderful love story, betrayal, high politics and suicide fill his diaries, much to his astonishment. Is this real? Could it happen? There is much in this world in which we live that is unexplained. At the end of the adventure a hint towards an answer is given.
This is fiction yet many of the events described actually happened. I know because I was that officer.
