A delightful and informative tale about two children who go on holiday to Fuerteventura and learn to scuba dive. Their instructor takes them under the sea where they meet a grumpy damselfish called Bob who lives in an old pot. He is not very pleased to see them, in fact, he is rarely pleased to see anybody but this does not seem to prevent a succession of callers visiting him at his pot. Damselfish are closely related to clownfish and much of a damsel's life is focussed on not being someone's dinner. Being small they are preyed upon by anything with a mouth big enough to swallow them. This makes them rather aggressive little fish. Not only will they chase off any potential predator, they'll chase off anyone they don't much like the look of, including divers! There are questions on each page with answers at the back of the book. Children will learn about marine life and how much fun it can be to learn to scuba dive.
