Ashley Jamison, a young diving instructor at The Devil's Mouth, the underwater cave owned by her father, wished all her troubles would go away. She wished her father was not faced with a lawsuit being brought against him by the family of a reckless young diver. She wished handsome Brock Hastings, one of her new students, would not be so moody and unpredictable. And she wished she wouldn't like Brock so much. Above all, Ashley wished he would not pay so much attention to Shannon Daniels, the photojournalist who was his fellow diving student.
