Crimson Fields — Don Treichler

Biography of a young boy who in four years, twice wounded, rose from private to captain in the Pennsylvania Volunteers. Fighting in nearly every battle involving the army of the Potomac, he endured incredible hardships while around him bravery was the norm and not the exception. Captain Treichler was one who helped lay the foundation of our country.
