Kim laughed.
"How the hell are you going to get to the fridge, [Censored]? It's at the [Censored] middle of the kitchen."
Eddy hadn't considered that fully. He had remembered it being at the back.
"Well..."
Kim stood up.
"I'll tell you what. I need a [Censored] job. You hiring?"
"I could be."
Kim was an [Censored], but he was the fastest driver in town and good at his job. He would work cheap and Eddy would be his boss. He might enjoy that.
"What will you do for me? I can't afford any new workers if my business keeps on like it is."
Kim chuckled.
"Just be ready to get in there and [Censored] things up."
Kim left Eddy and went around front. Eddy opened the door and peeked through. A minute or two passed. Suddenly there was shouting from the front.
Eddy saw Kim's ex-boss go out front. Eddy raced inside.
He could see Kim in the restaurant. There was a lot of yelling and screaming going on. Eddy put the meat in the fridge and looked back to see what Kim was doing.
That's [Censored] crazy! [Censored]...
There was a mixture of screaming and chairs being pushed back as customers freaked out and ran for it. Kim raced out through the back past Eddy. The boss chased after him.
Eddy decided it was time to leave. He went out the front and passed by a woman screaming at her husband while holding her shirt out for inspection. It was an inspired prank. Eddy applauded his rival. Kim had outdone himself.
