August & Burchette — Wilson Clark

James Burchette is the contented owner of a Tennessee music store, and unwilling heir to the throne of the Burchette family empire. When yet another meeting with his insistent grandfather leads to an impetuous trip out west, it begins a chain of events that literally change his life. Five years later Beth Daniel is hired by the Burchette family to find out what happened to James. As she begins her search, the missing family member sets out on his own journey of self-discovery. Soon their paths join and together they begin to piece together the events of that fateful road trip and the mystery of the strangers who follow them. In the end the Burchette family finds the facts and they also find something that they did not know they where looking for: the truth about themselves.
