Achaladair is an exciting fictional spy thriller involving gunrunning between Russian spies and IRA agents that culminates in an attempt by Russian agents to infiltrate the nuclear submarine base of Coulport in the area of Achaladair in Scotland. British MI6 agents Frank Mulholland and Tom Sommerville lead a team of former soldiers who are determined to thwart the attempts of their Russian and Irish counterparts.
