When Marshal Custis Long busts a man and woman in a sex-and-blackmail scam, he stumbles on a big break in another case. The pair claims to know the identity of a notorious bomber who's been robbing post offices and blowing up mail pouches just for fun. He grudgingly accompanies the felons on a trip to draw out the culprit -- accompanied by a prim, proper, and pretty prison matron.
