The world's diamond industry is about to explode into anarchy. Ivan Karakov, the wiliest, most powerful jeweler in the industry, is about to sign an exclusive agreement with Moscow to sell them. Directors of Diamond Enterprises, the international diamond governing board, assemble from all over the world to stop Karakov from destabilizing their control of the trade.
